Vecna lives in the Upside Down, but can reach into the human world as well, where he casts wicked curses on his victims and plays on their past trauma.
He’s also got a bit of a reputation for killing the teenagers of Hawkins in a very gruesome way—and his voice backs up these terrifying actions. Let’s just say, it’s definitely not a voice you want to hear if you’re not expecting it.
